One of the most popular herbs that is used in feminine enhancement and hormone balancing
supplements, including natural
breast enlargement pills, is fenugreek.

But that's not what the herb fenugreek is really well known for.  It is actually very well known to be a good
herb to take for mothers who are not producing enough milk for their infant babies.

Fenugreek is supposed to help stimulate additional milk production in new mothers for their babies to
nurse on, and is recommended by some herbalists and naturopaths (and who knows, maybe some
unorthodox doctors as well), to stimulate milk production in a woman's mammary production glands.

Fenugreek has actually been used in many cultures for several years as a precursor to increase the milk
flow in a woman's breasts, especially since this was so important before we came up with the all too
necessary breast pumps of today.

A Cheap Way for Breastfeeding Moms to Increase Their Milk Production

The good news is that fenugreek is a fairly inexpensive herb to buy to improve your situation.  A bottle of
a hundred capsules should only run you about 8-10 bucks at the most.  It's one of the few cheap things
about being a parent, so it's a good thing!

The crazy thing is, that although thorough
research on herbal remedies is usually not
done, there has been a lot of research which
shows that fenugreek can help a breast
feeding mother increase her milk production
by up to an incredible 900%.

That is pretty impressive to say the least.
Perhaps it is no coincidence that this herbal
ingredient is also used to help stimulate
breast growth in
herbal breast enhancers as
well.

Most times it is reported that breast feeding
moms notice an increase in their milk
production within anywhere from twenty four
to seventy two hours after they begin taking
the recommended dosages of fenugreek.
While there are no extreme side effects to
date on an infant or mom from taking the
fenugreek herb, it is important to note that
this herb is not recommended for expectant
mothers as it may actually stimulate
contractions of the uterus in some women.

It is also important to note that there may be
some mild side effects though, so just use
the herb with precaution at first.

Other than that, it appears fenugreek is an
excellent and cheap remedy to get breast
feeding mothers on the track to better and
more plentiful milk producing for their
youngsters.  Junior will thank you!
